Welcome Owners. If you are a new owner, here’s an extra special welcome!

We get a lot of questions about dues and keys. Annual Dues and access fees can be paid online, under the Club Events page.

Please call or email Stan Pollack and Wes Schurman to arrange to get your parking stickers and keys.

This is a reminder that all owners (or their renters) “shall at all times effect and maintain fire and casualty, with extended coverage, insurance on its own personal property and boats, and shall maintain liability insurance in amounts not less than $300,000.” (Sec 9-500 QYC Bylaws) We do not require that you provide proof of insurance unless specifically requested by the Board.
