Renting, Buying and Selling

We get a lot of questions about renting and buying slips. Quayside Yacht Club doesn’t own any slips, therefore QYC doesn’t have any slips to rent. All slips are owned individually, and rented out individually. Check with local realtors, web forums, or the QYC member bulletin board. And remember that slip rentals are for the entire season.

Buying and Selling – Again, QYC doesn’t own slips, but we do have the first right of refusal to purchase a slip should it come up for sale (which hasn’t ever been exercised to this authors knowledge). If you are buying or selling a slip, please send a copy of the signed Purchase and Sale agreement (P&S) to contactus@quaysideyachtclub.com so we can get you the signed original documentation you need for closing.
