Club Closing Information |

 Closing date will be Columbus Day, Monday, October 13, 2008.- Following that date, Pump-out and Clubhouse facilities will not be available.
- In accordance with action taken on May 28, 2005, ‘November 1st will be the cutoff date for all boats to be out of the water; and, persons wanting their boats in the water following that date will be required to sign a document indemnifying the Club of any responsibility and cost resulting in any damage caused by said boats left in the water after said date of November 1st.’

2008 Stickers, Keys, and Parking |

New boat and parking 2008 stickers will be available at the club at opening day. Place boat sticker on your finger dock side. Please adhere parking sticker on the driver's side front window. The pump-out keys are $25.00 and ice machine keys are $20.00 for the season. Last year's keys must be returned. The board will monitor parking as we did last year. Violators will be towed at owner's expense. Be sure to have your guests get a temporary pass from any director. |

Rules and Regulations |

- Absolutely NO charcoal or wood fires or cooking is allowed on any Club property. (Cooking is permitted only on deck area directly adjacent to restrooms and on boats.) - PLEASE DO IT SAFELY. No bulk propane tanks allowed.
- No rugs or rug material allowed on pilings or around slips. A $25 charge may be assessed to the slip owner for removal plus any damage cost incurred in removal.
- No foreign matter, substance or liquid shall be dumped, pumped or disposed of in the water at any time.
- All boat trash should be placed in the dumpster beyond the service area, which the Club shares with Trexler's.
- All pets must be on a leash or carried when on Club property. All pet droppings must be disposed of in a sanitary manner.
- Parties and other social gatherings on Club property shall be conducted in a manner which will not infringe upon the rights of other members.
- Members shall use discretion with all noise or sound-generating equipment so as to not create a nuisance to other members.
- Docks shall be kept clear of all personal property with the exception of Club-approved dock boxes.
- No parking in front of docks or restroom building - THIS IS A DROP OFF ZONE ONLY.
- No house trailers, campers, mobile homes or tents are permitted on club property including the parking lot.
- All vehicles and boats must display a valid club sticker.
- Remember - THIS IS YOUR YACHT CLUB - PLEASE HELP TO KEEP IT CLEAN.
- Club members, their families or guests who do not abide by the above rules must assume responsibility for their own actions. The Club CANNOT be held liable.
